  3. I thought that they just muted it in these types of situations? looks like lil' wayne has a bone to pick with you.

  5. my turn to weigh in and i'm not going to justify any of these outlandish and unprovoked comments directed against my character, but I will say this...my vote is with john, sing something for us.

  6. there is no actual cutoff point. it just depends on whether the label actually gives a shit and tells youtube. a lot of the indie labels are owned by big labels, so good luck. this is why I suggested singing a tune although I do like the edit to that song.

Thats what it said on my youtube account. This happens to a lot of people and a kid had a video saying that if you file a dispute claiming the song isnt owned by you they will let you use the song. I did this and then my video was updated with the name and artist of the song by the you tube staff. However it has since been taken down. so. . . . ya

  8. filing a dispute saying that you do own it or you don't own it? telling them you don't own it shouldn't make them let you use it and telling them you do own it is just fraudulent.

  9. no it was one of the options in the dispute or something. you state that you aren't trying to claim ownership of the music or that you created it. you then give the artist credit (that the youtube staff puts in) in your actual video so that you are acknowledging the artist and giving credit where credit is due.

  10. got ya. guess it makes it so that shit pops up and then people can buy the song if they want. guess it's a win for everyone.

  11. I've watched it like five times. I think it may lose some greatness without lil' wayne.
