Can anyone please explain to me why Sal Barbier was the first skater with a pro model shoe? (I could be wrong about this. Cab may have had one before him. Wait, I just looked it up. First one was for Natas Kaupus by etnies in 87. Cab had a shoe the following year. The Barbier shoe came out in 1993.) Either way, why was there a "23" stitched in it? Did Barbier think he was Michael Jordan or something? I think they should've given' Hensley the shoe deal. I've hardly ever seen any Barbier footage.
